Parthiban Vijayaraghavan
Parthiban Vijayaraghavan founded Vara Tech in 2025 after 25 years of cross functional experience across finance, sales, marketing, HR, and operations in multinational organizations across global markets. He holds a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
As an n8n Platform Expert, Parthiban has personally architected more than 200 AI automation workflows for sales and marketing teams. His work has driven a 40% increase in lead conversion rates and a 20% improvement in sales closures for clients, by applying data intelligence to everyday sales workflows instead of adding more headcount.
Before founding Vara Tech, he served as Chief of Staff at Vsynergize and at SmartConnect Technologies, as Senior Partner at Gravitas, and as CEO of India Operations at Leaderonomics. Across these roles he worked on organizational development, HR technology strategy, and leadership development for Indian and multinational businesses.
Parthiban describes his work as building Exponential Organizations: companies that grow by maximizing AI and automation rather than by linear resource expansion. This is the operating principle behind every system Vara Tech builds for clients.
Abhijit Mohite
Abhijit Mohite brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to Vara Tech as a strategic advisor. He currently serves as National Sales Head at InvesQ Investment Managers PMS, where he leads channel sales and business development for high net worth individual clients across India.
Before InvesQ, Abhijit spent over seven years at Purnartha, a SEBI registered equity investment advisory firm, where he held national leadership roles including National Head, Small Branches and Vice President, Satellite Branches and Alternate Channel. He managed a team of 2 area managers and 40 sales and advisory professionals, and was recognized as Best Region for Channel Partner in 2019-20.
Earlier in his career, Abhijit spent more than 12 years at Kotak Securities, rising to Deputy Vice President and Cluster Head, where he built and managed high value relationships with the senior management of partner banks across multiple regions.
At Vara Tech, Abhijit advises on enterprise sales strategy, channel partnerships, and go to market planning for financial services and high value B2B clients.
Harish Iyer
Harish Iyer brings 25 years of experience in business, media, client servicing, project management, sales, and branding across India, Indonesia, and New Zealand to Vara Tech as a strategic advisor.
He currently works as Senior Account Manager at Colab Connects in Auckland, New Zealand. For more than seven years before that, he ran Lime Digital, where he managed website projects on WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce, handled client relationships and retention, and shaped content strategy for social media and SEO. During the same period, he also served as Director at Dare Digital.
Harish has held senior digital roles at The Web Company, where he led the Auckland digital media wing and the Wellington branch, and at PHD Worldwide as Digital Director. His career has been built on connecting business goals with consumer needs across new media projects in multiple markets.
At Vara Tech, Harish advises on digital marketing strategy, website architecture, and SEO across international markets.
